TMC Institute faculty and students visited the historical monuments of Samarkand, namely the Gur-Amir and Shah-i-Zinda mausoleums, on April 6. This visit was carried out not only to familiarize students with the historical heritage, but also to strengthen their respect for their historical roots.
These mausoleums of Samarkand are famous for their architectural beauty and historical significance. Gur-Amir mausoleum is the burial place of Amir Temur, while Shah-i-Zinda is known as a sacred place of pilgrimage in the Islamic world.
This visit allowed students to get closer to their historical and cultural heritage.
The excursion to the Gur-Amir and Shah-i-Zinda mausoleums in Samarkand provided students with an opportunity to learn about history and culture.
